Yellow Watchman Goby Lips White

I am assuming this maybe stress related because the Mystery Wrasse is being a jerk and although not chasing him when he goes near him the Goby opens his mouth. Any other thoughts ?

On closer inspection I can actually see loose tissue on the lips. Now he has been running up and down the side of the tank against the glass.

Could that be it? All other fish are fine.

looks like lympho, provide stress free enviroment and qt with anti virus medicine

is he ramming his face into the side of the tank? I've heard of them messing their faces up in bare bottom tanks in a similar manner.

Just FYI, mine did not recover. He was never seen again after my last post.
