Yellow watchman goby strange mark

Hello, my ywg has this strange white mark surrounded by darker color. Any idea what it could be? How to treat (if needed). Thanks !

This species is prone to bacterial skin infections. More history about the fish and the tank would be hlepful though. Take a look at this post:

Uv 11w 24/7
100% ICP test fine
Last reading 35ppt /po4 0.02/ no3 2.00 / ca425 / mg1425
Never had any desease issue
Population 2 clowns, six line wrasse, gramma, doty back blennie.
Ywg arrived 1 month ago.

If the spot grows larger, or if new spots emerge, I think you would need to treat this fish with antibiotics in a treatment tank - not an easy task, I know. The best treatment would be a broad spectrum, gram negative antibiotic such as Kanamycin or neomycin.

Feedback post treatment.
I noticed that there are very few post treatment response. I want to thank again everyone who helped because it actually worked! I did 10 days in a bucket in the dark with Cipro and methylene blue with air stone. The spots faded away and the fish is now back in the tank.
