Good morning

I set up new new redsea reefdose yesterday & having primed it for calibration I then primed once in situ with various elements.
Tank is a redsea reefer 170.
I made the utterly schoolboy error or watching the wrong line in a fairly cramped cabinet & dumped 30ml of nopox instead of the 1.6ml dose.so a fairly huge overdose.i quickly performed a 30% water change(all the RODI i had made up) turned all the power heads to the surface. this morning there's no cloudiness or signs of death.
However as predicted this has stripped my phos to zero & nitrate from 20ppm to 2ppm....
What's the best tactic here?
Prudent feeding of reefroids for phos & feed fish heavily?
I'm still fearful of a heavy bacterial bloom & annoyed I made such a silly mistake :(

I wouldn't worry - it's not such as big deal. Things will level off over a few days..

I myself have overdosed nitrates (disconnected the tubing from doser - which then dripped into sump by gravity), as a result I dumped 300ml of sodium nitrate instead of 4ml daily dose. My nitrates went from zero to probably about 70ppm instantaneously - yet the corals are not bothered and DKH consumption increased (which is to me - a sign that SPS are not stressed).

In terms of nopox - it's probably even less harmful, just feed a bit more to add back phosphates and nitrates.
