An older post from reefcentral but I agree
with the basic gist of what the author is saying. I just don’t think doing this 24/7 would be feasible in our enclosed systems. I agree with the concept though.

It is a pretty basic write up. Reading the comments, just the first page, is a testament on how far we have come. Each of my tanks (40,40,30,10) get fed 4 different types of phyto a day at about 20ml per strain. Plus about 20ml of swamp (Phyto, copepods, rotifers, artemia, phytoblend). And then there is a couple squirts of "Reef Chili".
In the comments you see a lot of "This would pollute my tank", But to be honest, I can barely hold on to nutrients.
