Zoa’s dying

So I have one of my friends have a really strange thing any time he buy a zoa after a couple days it’s start closing and dying all his other Coral are doing great all his water parameters are good to go

Note that there is no sign of any types of worms or any thing eat them and he dip all his corals

What is the lighting and what are the parameters? Zoas tend to not need a-lot of light, so they could be getting blasted with to much.
