So I got a fruit loop zoa and it’s been in the QT for a week or so, was doing pretty good then 2 polyps up and started to turn green from what looks like algae, now the rest of the polyps are closed and have been for about 36 hours, I’ve heard of people dipping their zoas in 3% hydrogen peroxide for like 2 min to get rid of algae, would it maybe melt away the algae developing on the polyps and hopefully get them to open up again? I got 4 other types of zoas as well as lps and sps in the QT with them and all is well with everything else! What do you guys think?

I did the same once at it worked. I put the frag plug in a shallow saucer and dripped in peroxide until it just covered the base of the frag plug without touching much of the zoa stalks. A little toothbrush love as well, and the coral recovered nicely. Still took a week or two to open back up.
