Zoas not opening and funny looking hammer coral

Just got the armor of god zoas 3 days ago and they’re not opening are they acclimating or is the brown crust at the bottom some type of disease. Also are those feeding tentacles on the hammer coral?

Could just be algae or preexisting flake. It will take a few days for them to open up as they are only 3 days in the tank. Make sure they are getting optimum lighting and flow. For the hammer... sometimes they just do that.
