So my mother in law has some zoas that I noticed on mon got stung by a torch next to them. They both have grown to the point they are too close. I wasn’t very concerned and figured the torch would just stop the zoas in their tracks and force it to grow in other directions. The stung polyps were all closed and didn’t look so good. These zoas are just plane Jane green and blue.

So yesterday when I look in the tank all the stung zoas are back open but now they have morphed and have a cool pinkish/orange ring. I don’t know if it will last or not but this was pretty cool. I got a pic but it’s not very good but you can see the new color.
