hi all
i am new to this forum so i hope i have put this in the right place.
has anyone tried not doing water changes with zeovit.
maybe i am wrong but the reason we do water changes is to replace elements. and to remove phosphate and nitrate. as the zeovit is very low nitrate and phosphate and we add trace elements, why is there a need.

maybe i am missing something here. please help

Not sure on that question, but I did go ahead and move this post to the chemistry forum as I think it might get better/more knowledgeable responses here. :)

There are extensive discussion of the merits of water changes, with can be more than you list.
