Bubbles and Low Reverse Osmosis output after new filters and membrane Install

Hey fellas and fellettes,

new 150 gpd membranes x 2
new sediment filter
new carbon/kdf filter

Booster pump reading 80 psi at inlet to filter, output is 3/4 a gallon per hour, waste line is steady flow. Even though I let it run for an hour I was still getting air gaps in output line. I know the filters and carbon have to expel the air, but something doesn't seem right. all connections are tight, no water leaks.

What can cause such low flow when pressure is good?

Are your membranes plugged in series, in parallel, or waste1 to #2?

Have you tried to 'follow' the flow, by unhooking the connection after each filter to see how much water comes out?

How much waste are you getting? That ratio can tell you something too.

Have you tried reseating each filter? I find that every once in a while something doesn't go in properly (usually a membrane) and I have to pull it apart and fix it.
