Welp…. Little clown decided it wanted to go carpet surfing last night…. RIP little dude.

Not sure if he was still wet but if he was still wet around the gills you couldve revived him but I'm sure you tried that. Id reccomend mesh tops from BRS easy to assemble and wont hurt a fish if they decide to jump theyll just stop it from getting out!

He was a crispy critter. Amazingly, it managed to leap through a 1/4” gap I had left in the glass lid…

dang. still though glass lids have bad gas exchange but it should be alright. Just less oxygen more heat and more c02
