15 hours of ligthing...too much?

Hi guys, i know that photoperiod should last between 9 and 12hrs, but in order to enjoi at maximum my reef, i can add a couple of extra hours at very dim light? Like 1/3% blue and UV?

i was tinking.

go on at 9AM, rump up until 12.30am full light till 7PM and ramp down at 3% blue till 9.30 turn off completely at 10.30pm

3.50hr ramp up - 6.50hr of full light - ramp down 2.50hr + 1hr of very dim light.
