foxface/spine missing skin

This morning my foxface had some skin missing on a spine. Totally fine lst night but this morning ai found him like this when i went to feed. is this a disease I should treat? injury? did he use the spine and that is how it is?

This is often post injury or bacterial. In many cases with good water quality and diet. If it continues to deteriorate, add ruby Rally Pro in the tank (reef safe) or if it would spread- separate tank with Seachem Neoplex

Thank you. this is how he was sleeping last night. spines look fine before bed
