Frogspawn dying?

I g out this frogspawn about 2 weeks ago, all was fine but then I did a tank rearrange, glued all my corals to rocks and dipped them. I took out all the water in my 3.4 and replaced it with premixed. Once I put it back in it was open (picture 3) but then… they looked like this. I’m assuming the guts aren’t a great sign and the tentacles aren’t even visible anymore. Dead? Dying? Stressed, pooping??

Will post parameters later today just need general possible causes

Probably dying, I would expect to see it bail out of its skeleton soon
