Help had a power outage and now apex not working

Power outage this morning and now apex is not working even though all the lights are on both the eb8 and the base unit. I have logged out and back in and still nothing. Everything plugged into the eb8 is not working. Is the issue with the eb8 or the base unit?

It is plugged into this surge protector
is working cause I have other things plugged into it and they are working.

It’s most likely a mess up with the reboot and has the apex stuck in a boot loop. Unplug the EB8, unplug the cord connecting the apex to the eb8. Disconnect any external power source to apex. Leave it powered off for 60 seconds. Reconnect cord between eb8 and apex. Plug eb8 back in. Apex should get through boot loop and then reconnect to apex fusion. If it doesn’t what color is the apex logo?
