I agree with micro brittle star. That last video you can really see the detail of the legs.

Yeah, in the new pic you can see the branching like a brittle star arm, so I'm changing my vote to say it's most likely a brittle starfish.

Odd that you couldn't really see the spines on the arm clearly in the first pic and vid though.

With the better video, it looks like an (Bobbit?) Eunice worm.

After watching the videos again, the first video the "arms" look smooth but in the straw video they look serrated. Can you dangle a piece of food and try to draw it out some?
