Swimming egg sac

Not sure if the video is working properly. But I found this swimming egg sac at night. It breaks apart easily, and you can see pieces of the egg sac already broken up. I don’t have much livestock besides some coral and a few derasas.

Freshwater filter only or is it? Have you ever used an HOB filter on a saltwater tank?
