so! I got the jebaocwp5000 and it was a bit too much, even on the lowest setting, so. I am thinking of buying any of these:

hygger Mini Wave Maker Aquarium Magnetic DC Powerhead with LED Display Controller for Saltwater Tank, 1600 GPH Aquarium Water Circulation Pump 5 to 30 Gallon Black

Jebao SLW Series Aquarium Fish Tank SINE Wave Flow Wave Maker Pump With Controller (SLW-10)

Jebao SOW Wave Maker Flow Pump with Controller for Marine Reef Aquarium (SOW-8)

Jebao Aquarium Wavemaker (SOW-4)

Jebao SOW Wave Maker Flow Pump with Controller for Marine Reef Aquarium (SOW-3)

ZKSJ Mini Aquarium Pump Wave maker For Aquarium USB Power Connector 530GPH (2000L/H) Circulation Water Pump 5W DC 5V With Magnetic DC Powerhead For Tanks Up to 14 Inches And 5 10 20 Gallons Fish Tank

and I just your opinions, which are good?(my pump is only 200gph and not doing jack)

Personally, just me, but for a 10 gallon tank I would just get the cheap powerhead from amazon. They are the perfect size for that size tank, I've run them on my 5-10-15 gallon tanks. And for $12-$15, it will last 2-3 years so you'll get your moneys worth. And if you ever decide to stop using it, they are perfect for mixing water.

I'm using this on my Fluval Flex 9g with lps, zoas, and an easy m. Digitata. It works great for what I need along with an uprated return pump in the back chamber of my AIO.
