Good morning John Doe, even though you are already up.
It was past 11 o'clock here in our area. I was in the fourth period of class at that time. I had to get up at 7 o'clock in the morning to have breakfast and go to class at 8 o'clock!

My rust that caused GHA came from a rusty magnet on a glass scraper.
Jesus... Pretty sure I have rust on that. But I also have this weird scraper magnet I don't really use since it won't scrape or anything. I thought it had to be exposed to the water for a while in order to leach etc. I mean should I get a uv sterilizer test for iron and get all rust out?

Phosphates can enter your tank mainly through food.
But you can't just not feed your fish.
That's not fair to them.
I know so many people who just stop feeding or feed way less when they are on a phosphate battle.
Don't do that.
It's also in your rock sand, etc.
You only have the tidal filter on that tank so you are a bit limited.
If it were me, I'd go agro scrubbing again and add a small bag of rowaphos to the filter.
But first, you gotta test.
I don't know where you live but Facebook is a good way to find saltwater people in your area and make friends, find someone to help test for you.
If all else fails I've got a hanna I can send you.
But you try and work it out first.
You dont need to send me a Hanna. There expensive etc. rowaphos I can do and should I siphon my sand or something? Could my Tidal have something in it that's causing all this?

Uv sterilizer is great but won’t help with iron. Remove the thing with rust, add activated charcoal and do large multiple water changes.

Try Pacific East auquaculture.
Reef cleaners seems to have A LOT of turbos and ceriths. the only issue is I dont understand there cleaner packages. Talking about rimless tanks... What happens if I buy a rimless tank package do my seams get eaten or something?

It has to be in the water to leach. Mine was always on the glass.
