I have seen those in the auction a few times I think but they were a bit above my price range lol.

I know they bought out some other chains. The one I worked at was formally Burger Chef, remember the works bar, not to be confused with the singer formaly known as Prince. Perhaps they kept the name of the restaurant because it had a good following.
