Update on my daughter - surgery scheduled for Thursday. She needs a tooth yanked and a bone graft, 3 of her 4 wisdom teeth need to come out also, and a root canal and crown on the opposite side tooth...

This is why we tell our kids to brush their teeth.

Yeah, my dad had this same surgery last month or late October. Surgery was about an hour or an hour and a half but they kept him overnight for observation to watch for any excessive bleeding.

It's simple hahaha, beef sirloin steak, onion, garlic and different chopped chili peppers, black pepper and salt, what I do is seal it first with a little oil and after the meat is sealed, I add cooking wine over and I low the heat so that it cooks well inside, when the cooking wine evaporated I put it to brown a little and that's it
