I was the first to contact the vendor this morning.
I suggested he go back to ups and get all of the packages. Mine was one of many coral packages shipped by vendor. They just finished an auction of hundreds of corals.
There are many packages from them at ups just sitting there. Hundreds of corals will be toast.
Sad day for many people.

No way they survive.

I'd risk a couple hundred dollars but $2k is too much for me to risk buying online with the bad experience I had with UPS and Amazon. I hope everything gets to you safe and sound today.

Yeah, it was unusual for me and normally would not order anything this time of year.
I wanted the yoga flame for the grow out competition and was able to win some killer acros for good prices from auction. Didn’t think I’d win them all….lol
Should have went with my gut feeling about ordering this time of year.
They are going to refund my purchases but they can’t replace the yoga flame because the colony has been all split up for the grow out competition.
Really bummed

Has happened to me several times throughout the years. They get to be about the size of a basketball and then pow! Overnight smoke show.

do vendors typically insure these? just curious because it seems like some delays could be avoided that are all carrier issues.

All of the vendors I use guarantee live arrival and this vendor also has a two week guarantee and they run interceptor in their systems.
They quarantine all their corals for several months before selling. Only a few vendors I trust for sps.
