Hey how is everyone doing? Anything exciting that has happed? I see we have made it to 2000!!!

I got a few questions. I went to my local petco that I never go to and they actually have a really nice saltwater section. I saw this snowflake moray eel for $70. I don’t think I would put something like this in my reef tank but setting up another tank for this eel could be awesome. How big of a tank would it need? If I was to set up a tank for this, would I be able to set it up and put him in immediately? Could I take 10 gallons of water for my big tank and put it into a different tank with some live rock and sand it it would be go to go?

Anyone have any experience with an eel?

I know the smallest saltwater eal is the golden moray eel which max growth is 12” and needs a minimum tank size of 55g.

I have not dealt with shipping from TSM as they're less than half an hour away, but Ive watched Josh prep fish/bags/boxes for shipping. He takes great care and uses O2 when bagging fish.

Only reason is knew about TSM was because you mentioned them recently. So…. They should def give you an affiliate link lol
