They are goni and thus divas so they aren’t always looking perfect but I assure you they are alive and healthy lol

Y’all should hear my maintenance routine and schedule to keep my tank like this

Near zero. For maintenance I spend 5-10 min per week on this tank - most of that is cleaning glass 2x a week.

I haven’t done water changes on any of my reefs in 12 years. I have a skimmer connected in the sump, but it’s unplugged. I don’t use any crazy methods or products. I don’t use any mechanical filtration - no socks, sponges, or fleece roller.

Established rock
Algae scrubber
Cryptic zone of rock and sponge
Roughly 3” sandbed in tank - sugar fine
4” sandbed in scrubber/cryptic zone in sump

My system is naturally maintained by living filters in various categories/areas that adapt as my system changes

@00W Joel I'm sorry you had a rough one, my friend. I appreciate you taking the time after all that to come in and read every comment and react/respond to each one. That's not lost on me.

In a better time in life, my family owned our own business too. It was hard and nerve wracking, because it all rides on your shoulders, your successes, and failures. Hang in there brother we're here for ya my man.
