Ramping the lights is important to me. My lights ramp up rapidly in the morning and then slowly dim into a blue spectrum at night for more of my enjoyment. Allows the corals to get a healthy full spectrum during the day, then looks for nightDAILY QUESTION: How important is dimming control for your reef tank lighting setup?
Not having controllable lights.DAILY QUESTION: What’s your biggest challenge when it comes to achieving the perfect light spectrum for your tank?
Wouldn't change anything, I love my orphek natura icons. The only thing I'd like to eventually add is some OR4 bars for some filler lightDAILY QUESTION: What would you like to change about your current lighting? Or what do you like most about your current lighting?
Sps mostly, with some chalice, hammers, gonis. Most softies don't do well because of the angels and higher flowDAILY QUESTION: What kind of reef are you currently running? How would you describe it?
In person, I'm a bit of a sucker for the forest fire and bubblegum digi. As for myself my Monti cap looks super vibrant since switching to 2part traces and orphek lightingDAILY QUESTION: What’s the most vibrant coral you’ve ever seen, and what kind of lighting was it under?

Due to me being in the second attempt at a reef tank, so far my success story is seeing positive growth in a very short time. my goni's and zoa's have shown growth and overall all my corals appear happy. This alone is a success story over my first attempt back in the early 90's at a reef tank.DAILY QUESTION: What’s the best coral growth success story you’ve had?
Don't really think I have a stand out favorite, I do have a liking for goni's and acans, right now my favorite coral is a healthy coral.DAILY QUESTION: What’s your dream coral?
keeping the environment for the corals as close to nature as possible is a part of keeping the corals happy and growingDAILY QUESTION: How important is dimming control for your reef tank lighting setup?
