I should have had a pair of OR4 sky blue bars on 1-26. As it turned out I got one that worked and one with a bad dim driver. Today finally I got the replacement dim driver, I live in the USA, it has a Europe plug. Thanks Orphek. After what you have put me thru just trying to add a pair of 48 inch light bar supplements to my tank, I hope you never run a Sale ad here, I will post on every single one what I have experienced. Flat out denied me a refund, is now sending me the 2nd replacement DIM and haven't asked for the others back, So evidently they charge so much for these lights can throw away parts for them like this?

I have a 23 message long email chain trying to get this resolved that goes on for over 10 days. How is this a Good product?

I had filed a Paypal dispute, they sent this


SO they also kind of bullied me into closing this dispute just to try and get a working light I wasted $210 on, that now I have so much buyers remorse over I am tempted to just throw them away.

I cut down time for lights daily and reduced Phosphates.

Why am I barely seeing this lol
I would like to win because reefing is expensive but so beautiful and rewarding. Running cheap lights would be great to be able to setup my reefing game. My toddler and my corals would surely welcome a cool orphek light
