So I’ve been dosing afr for 1 month and the results are in.

The levels were set prior to the switch and no traces were added during the month.

I must say , I’m quite impressed.

Ok iodines low but at least it’s there ( none in triton method)

Manganese , iodine and iron will be all I need as vanadium and molybdenum are in check

I’ve done a 50% wc since these results so barium will be half , mag I think around the same , calcium I checked to 440
Po4 is .04 and nitrates 8ppm

I think it’s a good way to keep going

AFR did get a bump in iodine some time ago but I believe they're playing it safe on dosing it. I myself just add a drop once a week of AF iodum or anytime I see my pulsing Xenia not pulsing. (Great iodine indicator btw) A drop one day they'll start to pulse a bit, and another drop the following day and they pulse like crazy. Sometimes I'm not paying attention to them as they're tucked away in the back of the tank growing on the glass. But anyways a few drops and the next day I feel better ... Just food for thought. Oh and I don't get any undesirable algae growing doing it this way.

My iodines always in range but couldn’t dose it while undergoing the afr switch in case I overdosed it
Now I know the amount is in there I can dose accordingly to natural leveks

What about the missing ones: Nickel, Copper, Zink, Manganese, Chromium?
