Hi,
Got a RedSea Reefer 525XL mixed reef, with a few acros at the very top. Been running factory direct SBReef light 165W black boxes for the last 8 years with great success. App finally quit, and the lights have a few burned out or weak LEDs. Time for upgrade.
Budget is under $1000. Tank is 60”x22”x22”.
I can get 3 barely Hydra 32’s for $600 or I can order the X30 Blue Radion knock offs.

Hydras are decent lights.. you would be able to get away with two reefi uno pros and it would rock your tank! Just mount them a little higher and use the wider angle lens as there par monsters.

Thanks I checked into them.
On the hydras the melting lense issue made me weary, so I ordered the X30 blues. Will see how they work out.
