I just got a brand new AI Prime 16HD from Bulkreefsupply last week and the fan is running on it every 20 minutes or so. The lights are set at roughly 60%. Should the fan be running that often? My last two AI Prime 16's almost never ran the fan...is this an issue with the 16HD?
Also, when I opened the box, the packaging was still factory sealed but the light tiself had scuffs and scratches on it like it was previously used. Does AI ever sell refurbished lights?
