Algae, I have not had before, vid inside

I have these little brownish blackish strings of algae

They just blow off with basting, but return back in 24

Not bothering any coral. Tangs not eating it. CUC has attritioned to about 10%(onlu big guys left). New CUC arrives in an hour(small guys)

I suspect a from of dinoflagglate. Just never seen it like thus. Forms bubbles of oxygen. When in the water column, it behaves like black spider webs

Took a sample for the scope for later

Whats your nitrate and phosphate?

Pretty sure they are dinos, too

It's just that they are only a web strand thickness, which was interesting

I'll have time tomorrow to put them under the scope

CUC came in ok today, all small snails and hermits. We shall see how they do tonight
