Thought I would go ahead and post my experience with this as when I was researching I didn’t find too much helpful information on the topic. I bought a really cheap amazon submersible white light that was under $10. After installing I got a golf ball sized piece of chaeto from my LFS and the picture shows my growth of roughly a week and a half. Couldn’t recommend more at this price, was looking into a chaeto max light that costed almost 10x what this does and I didn’t feel like cutting the vinyl off the back. Chamber is 3”x4” for reference.

Score! Just goes to show that top of the line isn't always best. You might consider flipping the chaeto periodically as it grows for even coverage. That's what I do.
