I recently got 2 Radion XR15 Gen 4 Pro lights for my Reefer170.
They official mounting options all seems bulky and pricey and don't look sleek enough IMO.
So I decided to DIY my own using 3030 Black T slot aluminum and sketched up some concepts?
I would mount it directly to a solid brick wall using a long T slot and anchor the mount on the top of that bar.
Would my concepts be able to handle the weight of the Radion's and would like some further advice and input on designing the light mount.
I would like to keep the single arm design as it looks the sleekest
here are some of my concepts:
1. Mount cross bars above the main support
2. mount crossbars below the main support
3. Mount lights between the crossbar
A more sleeker look using some aluminum brackets to mount it all together.
Note: the fixtures are rotated 90 degrees to make sure the heat can be dissipated through the heatsink slots properly.
Let me know what you all prefer from these concepts and seems the most safe and feasible!
And also highlight some common design flaws if you see any!
