Hi all,

Anyone help me out with this, I added an anemone a week ago and it started splitting/hiding. I thought it might be dying so I had to move it out of the hard to get to space it found. It has a hole right through the middle and is still attached to rocks but doesn’t look like it has kept splitting... tank parameters are right on target. Any thoughts?

Welcome to R2R!

Could you take a pic without the blues on and perhaps a closer one?

Is the nem mouth open? A bit hard to see. Is it fully attached to rocks?

It’s been facing down, the far side tentacles look somewhat inflated, it’s attached where it meets with the rock. I can’t see the mouth... he’s been like this 2 days.

Yeah I was worried about that. How does a hole like that even happen?
