Any suggestions on taking apart this kessil A160WE?

I’ve tried to take off the screws of ths kessil but it seems to have been tampered with before, and sadly when I tried to unscrew it myself, the nib of the screw broke into the hole and it’s kinda stuck in there. I took most of them out but the rest are either plugged from the screw nib or don’t fit the prescribed screw due to how much metal was expanded

Extra small LEFT handed drill bit is your friend. Take your time with it.

If you take all other screws out you may be able to maneuver the shell off. Then just a pair of pliers to remove the stud
