Any thoughts on these spots on my fish?

I'm getting paranoid about fish diseases. These fish are new to me in the last two weeks. I started a QT with my gem tang arrival last week, but until then didn't.

Orange shoulder tang - I don't remember this spot always being on his head. Is this something or just his coloring?

My sailfin tang - little white spots and some missing tail. Also looks like a few white spots and some missing surface one his caudal and dorsal fin (on one side).

I don’t see any spots but I see infection on both the tail of the sailfin and head of the orange shoulder.

Metroplex, furan 2, and kanaplex would be my suggestion. With spots it sounds like you’ll also need copper and a Hanna checker to measure when treating in a quarantine.

The OS Tang looks like he may have bumped his nose and now an infection is setting in. I can’t see the spots on the sailfin.

So I need to trap them and pull them out....

Would any of this clear on it's own or is treatment a must?

I have a QT currently going with a gem tang that just got up to 1.8 on the checker yesterday. Do you think it would be too much of a shock to drop them both into that much copper? Also would those meds harm the gem if I put these guys in the same tank?

Thanks

Has anyone seen a pectoral fin rot away like that? I can't find a match to any specific disease description.

Just quarantine him like a new fish with copper and use the meds listed above?

Nobody wants to help me....

Does anyone think I should freshwater dip this guy before moving him to copper and the bacterial/fungal medications?

A FW dip won’t hurt and it would help determine if flukes are present. I would do the dip then move him into QT.
