It does look like Cyano due to the air bubbles. Increase flow to the area, reduce light intensity and shorten the daily light cycle. Cyanobacteria are capable of photosynthesis, so reduced light intensity and duration can help.

Whats your current No3 and Po4, can you also add a full tank pic under white light.
No3 and No4 are 0. I have had this before, but it went away. I did just back from vacation. May have overfed a little with the auto feeder.

Worth a try, that’s your main issue at the moment, alternatively you can also dose directly No3 and Po4
