My mag that split a couple months back and it's clone ..each contracted some strange new disease that I have never seen before..They got it from a gig that was in the same tank with them .. gig was treated for 10 days with CIPRO and did not respond at all .. This disease is NOT inflate/deflate ..It is weird to say the least ..affected nems kinda "Tense up" , and their tentacles do not sway in the current .. their mouth is continuously distended (like they are about to puke) they will grab onto food readily - but will not ingest it ...after an hr or so they release it from their tentacles ... cipro treats gram positive ..Doxycycline is more broad spectrum and will treat both ..It has been used in professional facilities on anemones...but I see NO reported protocol...Any on have an idea of dosage ? does it degrade easy in light like cipro ? water change required after each dose ?
This will be my last attempt to tackle this strange disease ....

did you feed them before the symptoms started? had a similar issue with gigs after feeding frozen food. just trying to help you narrow it down
