This was used to Heat and cool a 1500 gallon system and worked flawlessly. This unit was maintained yearly by professional HVAC technicians. Used inside the whole time in filter room of residence. Top of the line in heating or chilling any large aquarium. These are set and forget and workhorses. I am not sure of the HP on this unit however I do know that the serial number can be called in to them and they can tell you everything about it . Was ran through the closed loop of the system.
