Are these aipstasia?

Hello! I've had a ton of these white anemone-looking things stuck on the glass in my sump, and now I'm noticing some in my display tank. Most area little smaller than a grain of rice, the biggest are maybe a half inch long. Are they aipstasia or something else? I couldn't find anything that looked quite like them on google images.
