Are these Diatoms? Tank is 4 months old

I am wondering if these are Diatoms in my tank the tank is 4 months old I think I previously had Diatoms but they went away.

RODI water is giving a 0.01ppm reading. When I use the water from my salt water bucket I am receiving a 17 tds reading I guess that is due to the salt.

TDS meter doesn't count silicates. Need ICP test for that. My RODI had silicate in it and now it's 0 due to a better silicate filter installed.

I use ATI labs. They check your tank water and your RODI water.
