Well as many of you know I have had the asterina stars for some time doing extensive research previously I left them alone as I was convinced they were only eating things that were not doing well, etc..

My thoughts have changed... they have started to overrun my tank as of lately.. I've sucked 30-50 out of my tank each weekend for the last month and it seems like i'm fighting an uphill battle. My search for a harliquin has finally paid off and my new best friend should arrive tomorrow.

But for those who have argued with me about these things starting to turn on my corals... I took the time to take these pics for you today. You guys can make up your own mind, but mine have developed a taste for zoanthids especially the Red/Pink ones.

Hope you enjoy the pics.

yeah they almost ate an entire colony of nice pinks that I have. Now that I have most of them out of there the colony is back to full bloom and beautiful.

I have been telling people for months that the blue / gray astrenas will kill zoanthids quickly. Most people argue with me. Go figure.
