I don't know the correct order to set up my filtration basket...I was going to put activated carbon in chamber #3, bio media in chamber #2 and chateo algae in chamber #3. Is that the correct order?

You don't put algae in those filters, bio media is your rock. Anything you add bio filter wise won't add to filtration compared to the rock in the tank. I would just add carbon and filter floss. Change the filter floss every Three to 4 days. If you find you can't keep nutrients up remove the filter floss.

Good advice above. You want to put the activated carbon in a mesh media bag, but you probably already knew that. Best wishes!
