Black Spots on clownfish

Any ideas what this is on my clownfish? Anything to be concerned about?

any coral or anemones in the tank that it likes to nestle into?

I haven’t seen it go into any but maybe it has been stung y a torch.
Seems to be sticking primarily to the bottom of the tank all the time as well. They are feeding fine.

Could it be off the toadstool?

I wouldn’t be worried but they seem to be swimming in one spot with their tummy on the sand bed.

Ive seen tiny holes be a natural pigmentation over time...

But zooming in this looks like tiny sting marks. I wouldnt be too concerned

The clown will live and learn
