Not a Bristleworm but a species of fireworm known as hermodice carunculata. Here is a pic below to confirm for you

Other possibility is a capitellids commonly known as lugworm which resemble an earthworms and have similar habits
That might explain why my GSP and ducans might be ticked off at the moment.
