Hi all can a KORALLIN C1502 be converted to a sulphur denitrifier by blocking the O2 intake

Yes the c1502 can be converted to function as a s1502.
I run a s1502 on my system with a c1502 top lid to allow monitoring with an ORP probe.

I should add that I am using a BRS probe which has a plastic outer cover. I wouldn't use an all glass probe as it could brake more easily.

Any media reactor/carx can work. Not sure why you need a probe.
I run mine with no recirculating pump. I just pull water through the reactor with a Kamoer pump and adjust the effluent with the same. Simple and very effective.

Orp has nothing to do with a nitrate reactor. It is used on an ozone reactor or running ozone through your skimmer. I use one to turn my ozone on and off and I only run it for 4-5 hours a day.
I took my ozone reactor offline as it was not needed 24/7. Check my build thread.
So I'm not sure why you think you need one unless you just want to see what your orp level is.
I like to keep orp at around 400 but you can not control it unless you are injecting ozone into your system somewhere.

Like I said before any media reactor will and does work

The deltec no3 reactor is simple to run and will keep no3 at whatever level you want. It is just a media reactor pulling water through the sulfer media.

Do some more research before setting one up as they are very simple to run if you don't over complicate the process.

Ok so orp not needed....don't be who told me..think it was on a forums in UK . That it is near on impossible to assist me as no way or knowing the orp inside the reactor...but if not needed then I will take that advice .....I'm using a korallin c1502. ..

Cool. Asked Randy on your other thread to chime in. Maybe the other person can explain also.
