Well you can try putting the Kamoer on the input side of the reactor. Have it pull water from the tank and push into the reactor. If there is any connections that are not air tight, you will get water leaking out.

CO2/air bubbles building up at the bottom under the media? I have never heard of anything like that.

That's exactly what I did...I tried pull and push ,the result is the same.
I know that is sounds insane and I wish that it wasn't the crappie situation, but that is the really right now.
I'm willing to do everything to fix this issue.

I don't understand what you are trying to show with the second video. Looks like it's working to me. The circulation pump should be chopping up any bubbles entering the pump into micro bubbles and pushing them out the bottom tube to work their way through the media where they will go back into the pump and circulate around over and over.

Photo just to confirm connections. The Kamoer can go on the in line from tank push mode or on the line back to tank in pull mode.

I was watching your first video again and not sure why the line from the pressure regulator is white but the line going into the reactor bubble counter is black. Also looks like you have the Kamoer set in push mode so it is not possible for a bad tubing connection to be sucking in air.

Have you checked the circulation pump to make sure nothing got in there to clog it up or damage it?

My point is that the recirculating pump barley drawing water/bubbles from the top of the reactor .
The ph inside of the reactor don't go down ,no matter how much co2 is been added to the reactor. I replaced new probe of GHL , and new milwaukee MC122 ph controller gave the same result.
Since the beginning the recirculating pump was making a lot of chopping noise, imm guessing that not only of co2 , it was also air (my guess).
Because of that , it maybe don't work properly.
The color of the RO is white because I changed from pull to push and needed extra long tube.
I know for sure that I did everything according to manufacturer instructions, but it is not working.
12 dkh and ph that doesn't go down Is definitely not the right way .

I'm reefing for almost 18 years ,and know how to deal with technical issues (most of the times).this specific situation is beyond my limits/understanding.

Can you adjust the angle of the suction tube at the top so the top of white elbow is closer to the lid? Only thing I can see really. It looks like it is sucking in water. I don't think it's supposed to really clear all the bubbles off the lid. It will only grab what's close to it. You should hear a 'chopping' noise when bubbles go through the pump. Especially every time the CO2 bubble enters the reactor. The elbow looks a little skewed?

I was reading about the pump on the GEO website and it specifically said it was a lower flow pump. So I would not expect it to suck all the bubbles from the lid.

DKH and pH will depend on how fast the water is flowing through the reactor and amount of CO2 entering. Slower flow/Higher CO2 will increase DKH and lower pH. Have you checked your Kamoer to see if you are really getting 35ml/minute by collecting the water going back to the tank for one minute? Maybe the flow was more than you were expecting which is keeping the DKH around 12 and pH around 7.1? Clearly it's doing something. The CO2 bubbles in the first video appear to be going through the pump. Maybe it just needs more time and some fine tuning for CO2 and effluent flow?
