Can anyone identify this mystery living creature

I'm not sure what this is or if it's good or bad. Please help

It looks like some sort of anemone. Did this come in on live rock? I know Tampa Bay Saltwater recently identified and new type of anemone:

No new rock added however I did just upgrade from a 75g to a 120g and this was found when rock was moved to new tank. If it helps look like it has a red base.

Looks similar to a Ball Anemone. My other guess would be a type of Cup Coral a hitchhiker on live rock from the gulf.

Does it need to go or is it fine to leave alone? Sorry that maybe a repeated question I'm new to the hobby.

In extreme cases they can take over a tank if left unchecked. If you only see one I wouldn't worry about it and keep it.
