carpet nem

one of the best days ive had at an lfs in ages!!!
i was visiting a friend today and decided i would pop my head into the lfs there because i know they have some sweet stuff for fairly cheap
so i go in and what do i FIND?!!!!
i was like...ILL TAKE IT
there sitting on the sand was an ORANGE carpet nem and its only the size of a softball fully open!
ive been looking for a small blue or purple carpet for ages mainly because i cant afford a red and deffinately not an orange
it was labeled as a red saddleback nem and the price...
ive seen reds go for 400-500 and oranges go for 800 and to find an orange carpet for less than 100...
best thing is this thing looks REALLY healthy, tentacle bulbs were really sticky and during the car ride back he already settled onto the bag!
now if this guy passes im gunna be CRUSHED, more than when my baby leuco passed
no camera here but there will deffinately be pics to come
oh and hes going to be under a current outer orbit 2x150w mh 4x39w t5 fixture so yeah...
sorry if im rambling i just had to share my joy, yell it off the rooftops

yeah i really want to take some pics but right now all i have is my camera phone, didnt pack the camera on the move
and another problem is i dont have a cord to connect my phone to the comp so i cant even upload the pics!!!
the colors look like an orange yuma, i kinda wish it was a red carpet though but orange will have to do

if i can find a small red carpet for roughly the same price id gladly sell this guy
only problem is the smallest red carpet ive ever seen is 14"
but who knows what will happen, i just checked on him and he looks awesome
he planted his foot and hes fully open
i dont even think hes softball size but its close

just found out my roomates comp can accept sd cards and my camera phone uses micro sd and since i have the adapter i finally have a way to post pics

oh they knew what they had, it was labeled as a red carpet but the thing is they have the best prices on some things
if i go with an eel tank im gunna get a golden dwarf moray from them, they only sell them for 100 which was raised from 89 since the last time i got it about 3 years ago
