It's a very advanced test kit. you'll add samples of your water to vials and ship it off to a lab and they test 40 plus elements and compare it to what seawater is supposed to be to let you know if you have any deficiencies or pollutants. They include a prepaid label in the bag too so you don't have to pay for the shipping.
