Might be a scale worm... Can you get a more in-focus/ up close shot of the segments?
Unfortunately I took photo and dropped it back in that could make sense considering where it was is filled with sponges and spriorbids I did a quick search and it says that’s what they munch on. can a bristle worm survive getting chopped up?

Oh yeah now that he mentioned it it could be a scaleworm aswell, i dont think they are harmful as far as im aware.

They are harmful, you definitely don't want them in your tank if possible.
